Apirath Limmanee |

Curriculum Vitae Apirath Limmanee was born in Bangkok, Thailand, in 1981. He received his Bachelor degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University in 2002. After graduation he worked there as a research assistant in the project Third Generation Mobile Communication Systems at SIIT before receiving, in 2003, a scholarship from DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst) for studying in a Masters program in Information and Communication Systems at Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH). After completing his thesis, he received his Master's degree from TUHH in April, 2006. Apirath joined the Transmission Systems' group at Jacobs University Bremen (formerly IUB) in October 2005 to pursue his Ph.D. studies. His research interests include network coding, LDPC codes, Fountain Codes, MIMO, and multicarrier techniques. |
